Victorious at The Burg

Lebanon, IN - It had been nearly a decade since the Benic Enterprises 2B had sat in victory lane prior to Saturday's victory at Lawrenceburg Speedway with Chad Boespflug behind the wheel. May 18th, 2012 marked the last time the 2B visited victory lane. It had been almost as equally as long that former Lawrenceburg Speedway Track Champion Chad Boespflug parked in victory lane at The Burg. The 2B Racing team made a late decision to complete in Saturday's local event as they have their focus set on the Xtreme Outlaw Series. The team decided to race to fine tune the car and find some additional speed as they have an off period from Xtreme. The work put in showed just that, speed was found. The 2B was quick out of the gate topping the charts in group qualifying. Transferring through the heat Boespflug then charged from a 6th place starting spot to the Win in the AMain by over a straightaway.

"Thankful for the opportunity Scott Benic and Benic Enterprises has given me to race and the hard work both he and Matt Meeks put in. Proud to take the 2B to victory lane at Lawrenceburg." - Chad
